Precision Tooling, CNC Machining & Heavy Industrial Machinery
NextGen Engineering Works builds durable plastic moulds, precision CNC components, high-frequency vibrator tables, pan-type color mixers, and concrete mixers at our Mayapuri facility in New Delhi. Every piece of equipment and mould is engineered for rigorous duty cycles and tight dimensional consistency.
How We Engineer and Build
At NextGen, manufacturing combines CAD/CAM precision machining with rugged structural engineering. We separate tooling design from machinery fabrication to ensure each discipline meets rigorous industrial benchmarks.
Plastic Mould Manufacturing: We engineer dedicated moulds for concrete paver blocks, tiles, automotive accessories, and custom components. Note that NextGen specializes in the design and machining of high-precision moulds and tooling dies rather than operating high-speed injection contract molding lines.
Industrial Machinery: Our vibrator tables, pan mixers, and concrete machines are built from heavy-gauge structural channel, laser-cut gussets, and balanced motors to withstand continuous abrasive vibration in precast and construction yards.
Schematic of NextGen Manufacturing Lifecycle: CAD geometry is reviewed for draft and shrinkage, translated into CAM toolpaths for CNC VMC machining, fitted and hand-polished by master diemakers, welded to reinforced structural channel frames, and measured against drawings prior to release.

Process Selection Guidance: Moulding vs Machinery
Choosing the right production configuration depends directly on whether your plant requires high-repetition concrete casting moulds or heavy mechanical consolidation machinery:
- When to specify High-Density Paver Moulds: If you are manufacturing interlocking paving blocks, chequered tiles, or decorative kerbstones, precision injection-moulded tooling guarantees that each block releases cleanly without corner fractures and retains edge crispness over 500+ casting cycles.
- When to specify CNC Machined Die Inserts: When producing specialized geometric logos, interlocking tabs, or tight-tolerance automotive brackets, CNC-machined steel inserts guarantee repeatable dimensional locking.
- When to configure Dual Vibrator Tables: For plants aiming at daily outputs exceeding 2,500 square feet of pavers, twin vibrator tables configured with 2 HP unbalance motors eliminate trapped air pockets and increase compressive block strength to M-35 and M-40 grades.
- When to combine Pan Mixers with Color Mixers: High-grade designer pavers require two-stage batching: a 150 kg intensive color pan mixer for the 10 mm top layer, and a 350–500 kg concrete mixer for the coarse gravel substrate.
Quality Verification & Documentation
Every piece of equipment leaving NextGen Engineering Works is subject to thorough quality screening before customer acceptance:
- Dimensional Verification: Critical tooling dimensions measured against approved customer 2D CAD prints.
- Motor & Electrical Load Testing: All vibrator table and mixer motors are test-run under no-load and rated load to verify current draw, bearing temperature, and vibration amplitude.
- Material Traceability: Certified steel plates, shafts, and motor documentation provided upon request.
- Weld Joint Integrity: Continuous MIG welding on all structural joints with stress-relief gussets on high-vibration corners.
Technical & Procurement FAQ
NextGen Engineering Works specializes in the manufacturing and CNC machining of plastic moulds (such as interlocking paver moulds, tile moulds, and custom tooling). We do not claim to operate a commercial high-volume plastic injection contract moulding service; our core competency is in mould tooling, CNC diemaking, and industrial machinery manufacturing.
Our plastic moulds are manufactured using high-grade virgin polymers designed for extreme wear resistance and flexible demoulding. For metal dies, CNC components, and shaft tooling, we utilize EN8, EN31, P20, and mild steel according to the customer's mechanical wear specifications.
Our vibrator tables are fitted with heavy-duty 3-phase or single-phase vibration motors ranging from 1 HP to 3 HP, operating at approximately 2800 RPM. Motor weights and unbalance weights are calibrated to ensure uniform vibration across the entire deck plate without dead spots.
Yes. Custom manufacturing is a key pillar of our operations. We routinely adapt table deck dimensions, pan mixer capacities, motor placements, and mould geometries to integrate seamlessly into existing factory layouts across India and Nepal.
Standard vibrator tables and color mixers typically ship within 5 to 10 working days from PO confirmation. New plastic mould tooling and bespoke machinery take approximately 2 to 4 weeks depending on CAD complexity and trial requirements.
